Chief Minister’s Camp Office Initiative Gives Avinash a New Life

After Recovery, Avinash Meets Chief Minister, Says Timely Assistance Changed His Life

Raipur, August 17, 2026/ An initiative of Chief Minister Shri Vishnu Deo Sai has enabled 21-year-old Avinash Nayak, a resident of Pandripani village in Farsabahar development block, to receive treatment for a medical condition that had affected him since birth. Financial constraints had prevented his family from pursuing advanced treatment, but assistance facilitated through the Chief Minister’s Camp Office at Bagiya enabled him to undergo successful treatment and surgery at DKS Hospital, Raipur.

After recovering, Avinash visited the Chief Minister’s Camp Office at Bagiya on August 17 and met Chief Minister Shri Vishnu Deo Sai to express his gratitude. He informed the Chief Minister that his condition had improved significantly and that he was now able to walk and perform daily activities much more comfortably. Shri Sai expressed happiness over his recovery and wished him a healthy and bright future.

Financial Constraints Had Prevented Treatment

Avinash had been suffering since birth from abnormal growth of muscles and bone in the big toe and another toe of his left foot. As he grew older, the condition worsened, making walking and everyday activities increasingly difficult.

Avinash had earlier approached doctors at the district hospital, who advised him to undergo specialised treatment and surgery at a larger medical institution. However, his family’s weak financial condition made it difficult to bear the expenses. Seeking assistance, Avinash submitted an application at the Chief Minister’s Camp Office in Bagiya.

Camp Office Facilitates Treatment at DKS Hospital

Taking cognisance of his application, the Chief Minister’s Camp Office initiated the necessary process for advanced medical care and facilitated his treatment in Raipur. Avinash subsequently underwent successful treatment and surgery under the supervision of specialist doctors at DKS Hospital.

The treatment brought significant improvement to a condition that had troubled him for years, enabling him to return to a normal daily routine gradually.

During his meeting with the Chief Minister, Avinash said his family would not have been able to afford treatment at a major hospital on its own. He expressed gratitude to Chief Minister Shri Sai for the timely assistance and also thanked the doctors and administration for supporting him throughout his treatment.
