NTPC Korba bags prestigious ‘Productivity Award’ at Swarn Shakti Awards Ceremony
New Delhi, November 14′ 2022: NTPC Swarn Shakti Awards are conferred annually to projects to motivate employees to perform better and to achieve organizational excellence.
On the occasion of 48th Raising Day of NTPC Ltd., the prestigious ‘Productivity Award’ was conferred to NTPC Korba at the Swarn Shakti Award 2021-22.
The award was given by Hon’ble Minister of Power and Renewable Energy Shri R.K. Singh Ji to Shri Ashwini Kumar Tripathy, Regional Executive Director (Western Region II and OS) and Shri Pabitra Mohan Jena, Chief General Manager (NTPC Korba) in the august presence of Shri Krishan Pal, Minister of State for Power, Shri Alok Kumar, Secretary (Power) and Shri Gurdeep Singh, CMD, NTPC Ltd.
Swarn Shakti Awards are given in the areas of Safety, Productivity, Employee Relation, Protection and Improvement of Environment, Rajbhasha, Best Health Facilities, CSR & Community Development and Project Management.
