Chief Minister Shri Sai Meets Laghu Udyog Bharati Delegation, Reviews Preparations for 14th India Industrial Fair in Raipur
“National Industrial Fair will Boost MSMEs, Investment and Employment in Chhattisgarh”: Chief Minister Shri Vishnu Deo Sai
Raipur, July 22, 2026/ Chief Minister Shri Vishnu Deo Sai today met a delegation of Laghu Udyog Bharati at his official residence in Raipur. During the courtesy meeting, the delegation shared with Chief Minister the detailed information regarding preparations, objectives and detailed roadmap for the 14th India Industrial Fair (IIF), scheduled to be held in Raipur from September 18 to 20.
Appreciating the initiative, Chief Minister Shri Sai said that national-level industrial events of this scale provide a significant boost to the growth of the Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME) sector, thereby accelerating investment, innovation and employment generation. He further said that the State Government is committed to establish an industry-friendly ecosystem by simplifying procedures and creating better opportunities for entrepreneurs. He observed that hosting such a large-scale national industrial conclave in Raipur for the first time would open new avenues for Chhattisgarh’s industrial growth and economic development.
The delegation informed the Chief Minister that Laghu Udyog Bharati, the country’s largest organisation representing small-scale entrepreneurs, has been consistently working to strengthen the MSME sector and promote Business-to-Business (B2B) collaboration among industries. The 14th India Industrial Fair in Raipur will bring together entrepreneurs, investors, industry experts and technical institutions from across the country on a common platform, creating new opportunities for technology adoption, investment, marketing, industrial collaboration and business expansion.
The delegation further stated that the event would give a fresh momentum into Chhattisgarh’s MSME sector while strengthening the state’s position on the national industrial map. Expressing confidence in the initiative, Chief Minister Shri Sai said that the fair would enable local entrepreneurs to connect with national markets, adopt modern technologies and explore wider avenues for business growth.
On the occasion, Laghu Udyog Bharati National Organisation Secretary Shri Prakash Chandra Gupta, Joint General Secretary Shri Naresh Parakh, National Vice President Shri Sameer, Regional President Smt. C. P. Dubey, Shri Purushottam Patel, Shri Anil Bakliwal, Smt. Tulika Pandey and Shri Pranjal Singh Thakur were also present.
